What started as ‘OPEN MARKET NIGHT’,
has morphed into our occasional dine in offerings.
Often based around a specific winemaker, a guest chef, an artist, a craft beer producer, a specific region of the world, a type of cuisine, or simply local farm offerings of the week.
Our team at 335 is thrilled to welcome Team Steel Belly for a residency popup this spring. Steel Belly, based in Algoma, WI specializes in low & slow, scratch-made bbq and community-focused dining experiences.
During this residency, you can expect high-quality prime meat cuts, signature sides and authentic craft barbecue smoked outback in Chef Russ's 1000 gallon offset smoker over Wisconsin White Oak.
Menu offerings will change weekly with a full beverage offering from team 335.
